Atölye and Nobu Istanbul featured in the Gault&Millau 2024 Türkiye Guide!

The Ritz Carlton, one of Istanbul’s prominent hotels, is home to the restaurant Atöyle, offering Anatolian flavors, and Nobu Istanbul, renowned for its Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, both found a place in the first edition of the Gault&Millau Türkiye Guide.

Positioned with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus in Istanbul, Atölye presents a selection of dishes from local Anatolian cuisine to its guests. The flavors, prepared with Türkiye’s original recipes, featuring the standout tastes of the season sourced from local producers and detailed with Atölye’s interpretation, have been deemed worthy of recognition. Led by Chef de Cuisine Zafer Aydemir, Atölye received 1 Toque with a score of 11.5/20 in the Gault & Millau 2024 Türkiye Guide.

Nobu İstanbul, welcoming guests with a panoramic view of the Bosphorus, combines the influences of Japanese culture with an elegant atmosphere. The restaurant highlights inspiring flavors such as Yellowtail Jalapeno, New Style Sashimi, Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura, maintaining its innovative spirit throughout the year with omakase menus. Bringing together the finest flavors of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, Nobu Istanbul earned 1 Toque with a score of 11.5/20. Head Chef Celestin Gaty not only presents classics with his interpretation but also introduces guests to iconic dishes harmonized with local details.
