Partners chef and owner İbrahim Tuna and Le Cordon Bleu graduate Emrah Coşkun, are both in the kitchen preparing and cooking everything themselves. The humble service staff makes anyone feel like they are dining at a family table. Abiding by their slogan “Everything is slow and unhurried at Fauna”, the dishes are simple and refined, made with the highest quality ingredients. There is an a la carte menu that features pasta with lamb shanks and goat cheese with walnut ravioli.
