Located in Yeniköy, Araka offers its guests an a la carte menu with wine pairings. The cozy decorations create an ambiance that pleases the guests. Araka uses fresh products in their dishes which are presented in a very simple yet refined way. Among the starters, especially the Sea bream ceviche with cucumber is a favorite of the guests. The marination process applied to the fish is delicate and the combination of cucumber and green sauce leaves a pleasant taste on the palate.
