Hiç Lokanta opened in 2018 in a 160-year-old historical stone building renovated with a modern architectural approach. The kitchen is run by Chef Ekin Can Kün, who offers a delicious Urla experience with the philosophy of ‘from forest to plate.’ The restaurant places great importance on seasonality and uses organic products from the ‘Hiç Olive Forest’ to prepare local flavors. Hiç Lokanta is a ‘kitchen without tweezers’ and strives to offer its guests unforgettable dishes with the best and freshest ingredients. The restaurant only uses forest products and produces bread, sauces, jams, and other delicacies.
