The Red Balloon is a ‘casual fine dining’ restaurant with a stunning contemporary design, surrounded by tall trees. The restaurant’s kitchen is led by young chef Ulaş Durmaz. The menu reflects the chef’s Ayvalık roots which is evident in the dishes inspired by the North Aegean cuisine that uses local and seasonal products.
