Mürver is a restaurant with a diverse menu that changes according to the seasons. The restaurant’s chef, Mevlüt Özkaya, uses various techniques and local herbs to add flavor to the dishes that are cooked over an open fire. Guests can enjoy daily seafood from the Fish Market, and specially marinated, dry-aged meat. The restaurant offers an extensive selection of approximately 400 local and foreign wines, curated by wine director Gürkan Özkan. Some signature dishes worth trying include Trakya Kıvırcık lamb, Ashed Octopus, and Burnt Rice Pudding. If you’re looking for a special experience, the ‘Tasting Menu with Wine Pairing’ created by Özkan is highly recommended.
