Ernest’s Bar is located in Çok Çok Pera, in the former American Consulate building. Inspired by the famous American writer Ernest Hemingway, the bar is led by the acclaimed bartender Fatih Akerdem. Harboring 48 years of experience and knowledge, Akerdem creates signature cocktails and shares the stories behind the drinks with his guests. The drinks are inspired by Hemingway’s favorite cocktails and Thai spices.
