Located 1 hour from Istanbul in the town of Şile, Casa Lavanda offers a unique experience to its guests. Before the meal, guests can enjoy their drinks on the lounge chairs in the garden. The entire menu is completely based on sustainability principles. The fresh greens and vegetables come from Casa Lavanda’s garden and can be visited where guests can pick their own tomatoes. Some of the ingredients are also procured from local farmers to support local production. The dishes on the menu change seasonally. The dishes are well-designed and meticulously prepared. The wine selection, which also supports the local producers is impressive.
