The restaurant, which serves about 100 kinds of food daily, pays great attention to the quality of the ingredients. Yanyalı Fehmi Lokantası uses the highest quality ingredients in their dishes and prefers oils with zero cholesterol. The restaurant uses a minimum amount of butter in dishes such as kebabs with yogurt and rice pilaf; ensures that the meats are meticulously cleaned and trimmed of fat and sinew. Also, dishes made with seasonal fresh vegetables stand out on the menu. One of the most popular dishes at Yanyalı Fehmi Lokantası is the special Yanya Meatballs and Onion Stew, wrapped in thin slices of fried eggplant and garnished with tomatoes.
