White Burger by Serhat Doğramacı, a brand of Başkent Grup Restaurant İşletmeleri A.Ş., is created with the unique recipes of Masterchef Türkiye 2020 winner chef Serhat Doğramacı. Only meat from select breeds is used in the burgers prepared in this fast-food concept eatery. In White Burger, where the bread and sauces are also made in-house, the ingredients are prepared fresh and daily and contain no preservatives or additives. The signature White Burger is prepared with truffle oil and fermented oyster mushrooms, and the la chinata-coated chicken burger, which is specially marinated, are some of the popular items on the menu.
