Upon his return to Türkiye after exploring many geographies of the world-famous chef Fatih Tutak, he opened TURK Fatih Tutak, showing his love for the geography of his birthplace by using ingredients sourced from local producers in his kitchen. Reinterpreting traditional Turkish cuisine with a modern perspective, Tutak creates a unique culinary language by subtly blending different flavors while respecting nature’s offerings and traditions. In the menu of TURK Fatih Tutak, flavors are presented elegantly, and each dish is inspired by historical and cultural heritage. Wines, mainly selected from Turkish brands, are an important part of the restaurant. Chef Tutak offers an unforgettable culinary journey every evening with a 12-course Micro Season Tasting Menu for 30 guests. Each plate tells its unique story in this experience, which lasts about three hours. Fatih Tutak aims to present purity and simplicity perfectly while modernizing Turkish cuisine.
