Founded by Barış Tansever, Sunset Grill & Bar is one of the most distinguished representatives of the fine dining tradition and continues to remain involved within the gastronomy world by constantly renewing itself over the years and has hosted many important and public figures from heads of state to artists. When the restaurant opened for business, it served California cuisine and grilled steaks; however, it evolved over the years to a much richer cuisine, including unique flavors from Turkish cuisine, and established the first sushi bar in Türkiye. Experienced executive chef Marios Tsouris is at the kitchen’s helm, bringing together the most distinguished examples of Japanese, Mediterranean, and Turkish cuisines while housing one of Türkiye’s most comprehensive and high-quality wine cellars.
