Over the years, chef Barlas Günebak, who has developed an interest in and honed his skills in Japanese cuisine, has brought it to Izmir by opening his venue and offering guests a gastronomic festival. There are many flavors blended with ingredients from the Aegean Region, such as tempura mussels, tuna tartare, Muurugai Roll prepared with cucumber and gochujang aioli sauce, and Japanese Kokoreç combined with tuna back and tortilla.
