Founded by Mustafa Parlak in 1954, Parlak Restaurant is located in the 300-year-old Zincirli Han. The venue has been around for three generations and offers guests food and a cross-cultural gastronomic experience. Under the title of “Parlak Classics,” the restaurant continues to offer within its menu dishes that have been around for years, from soups to appetizers, grills, pasta, and salads, as well as unique red and white meat options obtained from their farms and a variety of seafood.
