Located in Urla, one of the gastronomic gems of Izmir in recent years, OD Urla is a chef restaurant that promises an experience. Acting with the philosophy of ‘farm to table,’ chef Osman Sezener and his team pay attention to using ingredients grown in OD Bahçe and sourced from local producers. Offering a tasting and a la carte menu, OD Urla has a wide selection of local and international wines called OD Kav. The menu changes periodically and considers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-allergic guests. OD Urla, which has adopted zero waste as its mission, produces seasonal ingredients, including herbs and spices, in OD Bahçe, located in the middle of olive groves, and uses them in their recipes. In addition, the team produces their milk, cheese, and eggs and harvests their olives to produce olive oil.
