Doğa Çitçi is the head of the Culinary Arts Center (MSM), which was established with the participation of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality to promote Gaziantep-specific dishes and desserts. MSM, which increases the awareness of local flavors unique to Gaziantep, is an important center for introducing local products to locals and tourists alike. The MSM menu, which offers almost forgotten flavors, changes weekly. It is possible to find many local recipes in the kitchen that are made with geographically indicated ingredients.
