In a historical building in Şişli, Maderia Sushi Bar offers a new interpretation of classic sushi by combining it with ingredients grown in Türkiye. Burak Balcı, the creator of Maderia, is in the restaurant’s kitchen, where it is updated every six months. There is also a tasting menu that changes according to the seasons and a menu that features cold and hot appetizers, tempuras, Maderia signature items, and main courses. Maderia also has a wide range of beverages and a rich cocktail selection.
