The menu at Kör Agop Restaurant, one of the oldest taverns in İstanbul, is focused on seafood. Sensitive to seasonality, the restaurant has hosted many regulars with unique recipes over the years. Serving appetizers such as stuffed grape leave dolmas and “topik” (chickpea paste filled with caramelized onions), the restaurant takes the guests on a unique flavor journey in a historical atmosphere.
