Kaplan Dağ Restaurant has an intimate atmosphere and a hospitable staff who welcomes guests. The restaurant, which gets full marks from many guests for its fast and attentive service, also serves a rich menu. Lamb shank, keşkek (boiled pounded wheat with lamb), and especially the black mulberry and “lor” cheese dessert are highly recommended at Kaplan Dağ.
