The restaurant has gained guests’ appreciation with its fast and high-quality service and has accumulated many regulars over the years. Serving for over 90 years, Kanaat Lokantası was established by the Kargılı family, who has been in the traditional dairy-based desserts and ice-cream business for the past 150 years, a new generation family member, Bahadır Kargılı, runs it.
