Since 1887, İmam Çağdaş has been one of the most important taste stops in Gaziantep and Türkiye, hosting many local and foreign guests with its kebabs and baklava. Burhan Çağdaş currently manages the 137-year-old business, which has been passed down from father to son. Apart from baklava, there are sherbet-infused desserts such as dolama, şöbiyet, and nightingale’s nest, as well as flavors such as Ali Nazik, grilled lamb tenderloin, and onion kebab.
