IL Cortile Ristorante Pizzeria, one of Galata’s famous Italian restaurants, has experienced chef Nihat Sancar running the kitchen. The menu has six categories: salad, starter, pasta, pizza, main course, and dessert, all made from seasonal and fresh produce. It does not include any pre-made or processed foods. Local cheeses are used for pasta and risotto. For starters, arancini balls with Bergama tulum cheese and veal ribs stand out, while cannoli is one of the favorites for dessert.
