Hüsrev Lokantaları was initially established in the city of Çayeli in Rize by Hacı Fahri Hüsrev, serving his creation of “kuru fasulye” (white bean stew), whose fame has eventually crossed the borders. Subsequently, branching out to Ankara and İstanbul, the restaurant stands out with dishes prepared to adhere to the recipes of the Black Sea cuisine. Apart from this famous “Hacı Hüsrev’s Kuru Fasulye,” the menu also includes soups, salads, yogurt, and desserts.
