Founded in 1888, Hacı Abdullah Lokantası’s business license was granted by Sultan Abdülhamit II, the sultan of the time. Offering traditional flavors, the restaurant has an a la carte menu consisting of soups, braised dishes, meat dishes, grilled items, olive oil dishes, rice pilaf varieties, börek, pasta, vegetable dishes, salads, desserts, and fruit compotes. Hacı Abdullah Lokantası is one of the most important flavor centers of İstanbul, hosting many individuals from state officials to the art community.
