Develi has maintained its quality over the years, by serving dishes prepared with the finest ingredients from Gaziantep that appeals to both the eyes and palates of guests with exciting presentations. Serving Turkish dishes and desserts with delicious flavors, the pleasure of the dining experience starts with cold and hot appetizers such as eggplant salad, muhammara, stuffed meatballs, and pilaki (warm beans cooked with olive oil). Followed by various kebabs that will be remembered for times to come, finishing with a delicious ending of künefe, quince dessert, or triangular slices of baklava.
