Located in Ulupelit Village of Şile, Casa Lavanda offers a unique gastronomic experience using local and seasonal ingredients with biodynamic farming methods. The ingredients, sourced in collaboration with the local people of Şile, pass through the kitchen of the successful Chef Emre Şen. The Şen Family, sensitive about sustainability, prepares their tables with organic vegetables, including those produced on Casa Lavanda’s farm. Additionally, the wine cellar features drinks from over 20 local and more than 100 foreign producers from 11 countries.
