BİZ İstanbul, a venue loyal to the roots and traditions of İstanbul, adorns the tables by emphasizing the seasonal cycles of ingredients. The venue has three sections: Has Salon, Lokanta, and Bar. The Has Salon section offers unique and forgotten recipes cooked in the palaces of İstanbul and served according to the appropriate style of the period. In the Lokanta section, many traditional pot-style dishes cooked in homes and artisan restaurants are served, including olive oil dishes, soups, and fruit compotes. The bar section offers historical street food, reinterpreted with innovative techniques and paired with drinks with unique flavors to İstanbul.
